Do I Need to Set the Power Sensor Address?
Anker SOLIX X1 Solar and Storage Solution contains power sensors that measure grid-side and PV-side currents. They communicate with the system via RS485 protocol.
If you live in Australia or New Zealand and own the AC-Coupled Power Module (A5101) with a single-phase PV system, you generally need to set the power sensor address.
To confirm, please review this flowchart.
How to Set the Power Sensor Address
You want to set the grid-side power sensor address to 1, and the PV-side power sensor address to 2.
We've included a diagram to help with Eastron SDM230-Modbus Power Sensor. For other sensors, please refer to your owner's manual.
