eufy Pet Camera D605 streams live view and records videos in crystal clear 1080p; however, video quality may also be impacted due to WiFi network’s signal strength and bandwidth. Please try the following troubleshooting steps if your eufy Pet Camera D605 encounters video streaming and recording quality issues.
Launch the eufy Pet app > Profile > My Devices > Pet Camera > Video Quality, then Streaming Quality and Recording Quality will show as the two options to choose from.
Streaming Quality
There are four steaming modes to choose from.
- Auto: Image quality is adaptive to available network bandwidth.
- High: Crystal clear image quality but will use more data and live view may sometimes pause when network signal is weak.
- Medium: Average image quality but will use less data.
- Low: Low image quality but will keep playing live view smoothly when network signal is weak.
Recording Quality
There are two recording modes to choose from.
- Full HD: Records videos in 1080p and it is also compatible with legacy phones.
- Storage Saver: Provides 20% additional storage than the Full HD recording mode.
