How to Download Suitable Voice Packages and Adjust Voice Volume on Your eufy Clean App for Your E25/E28

If you're looking to personalize your eufy robotic vacuum cleaner's voice prompts or adjust the volume, the eufy Clean app provides a straightforward way to do so. This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to download voice packages for your robotic vacuum cleaner and adjust the voice volume according to your preferences.

Step 1: Accessing Voice Settings

First, ensure that your eufy Clean app is installed and up to date on your phone, then launch the app and navigate to the Settings menu. This is typically represented by a gear icon in the upper right corner.

Step 2: Locating the Voice Settings Feature

On the Settings menu, look for the "Voice Settings" feature. This option allows you to customize your robotic vacuum cleaner's voice prompts.

Step 3: Selecting and Downloading a Voice Package

Under the Voice Settings menu, you'll find a wide selection of voice packages that are available for your robotic vacuum cleaner model. Simply browse through the options and select one that suits your preferences. If there is an upgrade icon (similar to the one shown in the following image), be sure to click it to update the voice package to the latest version. This will ensure that you will be able to have access to the best possible experience with improved voice prompts.

Step 4: Adjusting the Voice Volume

Once you have your voice package set up, you can also adjust the volume. This is particularly useful if you find the default setting either too loud or too quiet. Under the same Voice Settings menu, look for a volume control slider. Simply adjust the control sidebar to either increase or decrease the volume as needed. If you prefer to mute the voice prompts entirely, simply adjust the volume to zero.

Future Updates

It's worth noting that eufy plans to release more voice packages in the future. Keep an eye on the eufy Clean app for new updates and additional options to further customize your robotic vacuum cleaner.

Note: Custom voice prompts are not currently supported. Additionally, the eufy Clean app interface and available features may vary slightly depending on the model of your robotic vacuum cleaner. For precise instructions, please refer to the eufy Clean app.
