Customers have the ability to donate recorded videos in the eufy app to serve the following purposes:

• Share videos of your furry friend’s precious moments.
• Provide further information for us and developers to resolve issues you are experiencing, such as video quality or audio issues.

Please follow the steps below to donate your videos to eufy. 

Step 1) Launch the eufy app > select the Activity tab at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2) Select and play the video that you would like to donate to eufy.

Step 3) When the recorded video is playing, select the Donate button at the bottom of the screen.

Step 4) Fill out your reasons for donating the video and select the Confirm button to donate your video.

Note: eufy customers’ privacy is always one of our top priorities, please visit eufy’s privacy commitment policy to further understand how eufy safeguards customers’ privacy. Additionally, please contact us to delete a video that was donated if you had accidentally donated a video which you did not wish to share or if you had donated an incorrect video.
