Due to security measures, you will not be able to update or change your eufy Baby app account’s email address once you have signed up for an account using a specific email address. However, if you would like to use a new email address to set up your existing device, please follow the steps below.
Step 1
Remove your eufy Baby Monitor 2 from your existing eufy Baby account.
- Please launch the eufy Baby app > tap Me > tap My Devices > tap Baby Monitor 2 > scroll down to the bottom of the screen and select the Remove Device button.
Step 2
Delete your existing eufy Baby app account.
- Please launch the eufy Baby app > tap Me > tap on your Avatar and email address > tap Email > select the Delete Account button.
Note: Please note your account will be permanently deleted and all of the information cannot be retrieved.
Step 3
Sign up for a new eufy Baby account using your new email address. Please visit Creating an Account for the eufy Baby App for detailed step-by-step instructions on how to sign up for a new eufy Baby account.
Step 4
Set up your eufy Baby Monitor 2 using your new eufy Baby account. Once you are signed in to the eufy Baby app using your new eufy Baby account, please visit How to set up the Baby Monitor 2 in the eufy Baby app? for detailed step-by-step instructions on how to set up your camera under your new account.
