How does eufy Pet Dog Camera’s Quick Pet Command work?
The Quick Pet Command gives you the ability to quickly respond to your dog with a pre-recorded audio message through the eufy Pet Dog Camera. You can also record up to three different Quick Pet Command messages to respond to different scenarios.
Can I upload any audio file to use as a Quick Pet Command message on the eufy Pet Dog Camera?
No. The only supported Quick Pet Command message is the one manually recorded using the eufy Pet app.
How do I add a Quick Pet Command message?
Please follow the steps below to add a pre-recorded audio message that can be used as a Quick Pet Command message. A maximum of three Quick Pet Command messages can be added in the eufy Pet app.
Step 1)
Launch the eufy Pet app > tap Profile > tap My Devices > tap Dog Camera to enter Camera Settings.
Step 2)
Select Tossing Sound & Command under Camera Settings.
Step 3)
Select + Add New Command.
Step 4)
Enter a name for the Quick Pet Command message and then select Next.
Step 5)
Press and hold the red recording button to record your audio message. Please note the audio message has to be between 3 to 10 seconds.
Step 6)
Press the Play button to listen to your recorded message. If you are satisfied with the message, press Save to save the recording; if you are not satisfied with the message, press Reset to delete the current recording and start a new recording.
Step 7)
After successfully saving the recording, the new Quick Pet Command audio message will appear in the app.
How do I use the Quick Pet Command?
Please first launch the eufy Pet Dog Camera’s live view and then select the Command icon shown in the image below.
A list of pre-recorded audio messages will appear, please select one of the pre-recorded audio messages according to different scenarios. Your eufy Pet Dog Camera will automatically respond to your dog by playing the selected Quick Pet Command.
