Please note that if your monitor is frozen on the eufy logo screen, wait 10-20 minutes until the device reaches the “Recovery Updating” screen, as illustrated below. After that, you can initiate the firmware update once your monitor displays the recovery update screen.

Connect the monitor to your computer using a USB-C cable, and confirm that the “Eufy” external disk is displayed on your computer, as illustrated below.

Locate the corresponding upgrade package bin file, for example, T8353_Udisk_upgrade_V1.2.6.2_rsa_sign.bin

Transfer the upgrade package bin file to the “Eufy” external disk by dragging and dropping it. Once the transfer is complete, the firmware update process will begin automatically. Generally, the update process takes 5 to 15 minutes to finish, after which the monitor will reboot automatically.
