If you are experiencing issues connecting your eufy C210 Smart Lock to a 2.4GHz WiFi network during the setup process, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.
Note: eufy C210 Smart Lock connects only to a 2.4GHz WiFi network and not a 5GHz WiFi network. Additionally, please make sure the 2.4GHz WiFi network SSID is not hidden and the security protocol is set to either WPA or WPA2.
- WiFi signal - Verify the location where the C210 Smart Lock is being installed has a strong and stable WiFi signal.
- Incorrect WiFi password - Please make sure you have entered the correct WiFi password to connect the C210 Smart Lock to your 2.4GHz WiFi network.
- eufy Security app permission - Confirm you have granted the eufy Security app permission to access your phone. Please also try setting up the C210 Smart Lock by using another phone or tablet, if possible.
