Please follow the steps listed below to replace the hard drive in the NVR central hub:

Prepare a new compatible hard drive and a Phillips head screwdriver.

Power off the NVR central hub and disconnect it from the network.

Verify the position of the hard drive mount in the NVR central hub, as illustrated in the image below.

Before removing the existing hard drive, ensure that all important data is backed up.

Use a Phillips head screwdriver to remove the 5 screws securing the top cover.

After removing the screws, carefully lift the lid and gently disconnect the SATA cable connected to the hard drive.

Flip the NVR central hub upside down, and then hold the hard drive while unscrewing it to prevent it from failing down.

Choose a slot according to your hard drive. Take out the silicone plugs from the screw holes prior to installation.

Hold the hard drive in place while you insert the screws into the mounting holes, then tighten the screws.

Insert the silicon plugs.

Position the NVR central hub upright and connect the SATA cable.

Install the top cover with the 5 screws.
-
Reconnect all cables to the NVR central hub.

Power on the NVR central hub.
