If you encounter an issue where the S1 robot is disconnected from the base station in the app, please follow the troubleshooting steps listed below to reconnect the robot to the base station:
Position the robot on the base station and reset the robot's Wi-Fi connection.
Restart the base station by unplugging the power plug from the wall socket, waiting a few seconds, and then plugging the power plug back into the wall socket. Verify that all components are correctly installed and the base station's LED ring displays a solid white light.
After you restart the base station, press and hold the Recharge button for more than 3 seconds until the LED ring displays a slowly pulsing white light, then release the Recharge button.
Wait for the pairing process to finish. During the pairing process, the base station's LED ring will continue to display a slowly pulsing white light.
If the LED ring turns into a solid red light, the pairing process has timed out. Please repeat Steps 1 to 4.
If the LED ring turns into a solid white light, the robot has successfully paired with the base station.
