If you encounter an issue where the S1 Pro robot vacuum cleaner is disconnected from the base station in the app, it may be caused by one of the following reasons:
- The robot vacuum cleaner or the base station has been replaced and needs to be paired again. An example is when the robot vacuum cleaner shows that it is connected to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, but the robot vacuum cleaner and the base station still show that they are disconnected.
- The connection between the robot vacuum cleaner and the base station is abnormal.
Please follow the troubleshooting steps below to pair the robot vacuum cleaner with the base station:
Step 1 - Ensure that the robot vacuum cleaner and the base station are properly connected to the power supply and powered on. Please verify all relevant indicator lights on the robot vacuum cleaner and the base station are displaying normally.
Step 2 - Pair the robot vacuum cleaner with the base station.
- Power on the robot vacuum cleaner.
- Reset the robot vacuum cleaner's Wi-Fi connection.
- Place the robot vacuum cleaner on the base station.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet that connects to the base station.
- Remove the clean water tank from the base station.
- Plug the power cord connecting the base station into a working wall outlet and wait for the base station to power on.
- Press and hold down the "Recharge" button on the base station for at least three seconds.
- Wait for the pairing indicator of the robot vacuum cleaner and the base station to display on the base station's screen.
- Wait for the robot vacuum cleaner to complete the pairing process with the base station automatically.
- After the clean water tank installation animation is displayed on the base station's screen, please install the clean water tank.
- Press the buttons on the base station to confirm whether the robot vacuum cleaner can be activated to start a new cleaning cycle.
