How do I activate the Monitoring Service?

1. Set up the professional Monitoring Plan

2. Authorize the Monitoring Center

3. Select the Devices that will notify the Monitoring Center

First, you need to make sure you have purchased our subscription service on the eufy official website or APP.

After a successful purchase, you will receive an email. Clicking the link will redirect you to fill in the monitoring profile to activate the subscription service, so that we can provide you with efficient service in the event of an alarm. It will take you about 5 minutes, including Location, Alarm Permit, and Contact.

1. Set up the professional Monitoring Plan

  1. After purchasing the service, customers will receive an email containing a link to sign the e-contract. Click on the link.

  2. Fill out important information, including location, Alarm Permit, emergency contact, and Safeword.

 

After filling in the information, log in to your eufy APP account. A pop-up window will appear on the APP homepage to remind you that the subscription service has been successfully activated and guide you to establish an alarm system.

2. Authorize the Monitoring Center

Autthorize the monitoring center with access to your camera recordings and livesreams. The live agents can quickly react to alarms and look into your emergencies. 

Manage the 'eufy Protection Plan' by clicking on the shield icon in the 'Home' tab. Click on ‘Video verification’ and ‘24/7 Live Guard Security’ to give authorizations.

During an alarm, authorize the agent at the monitoring center to see your video footage from the selected cameras. It is important that an agent can judge the situation and dispatch quickly.

During an alarm, authorize the agent at the monitoring center to see your video footage and communicate with the suspicious person on the selected camera. It is important that an agent can judge the situation and dispatch quickly.

 

3. Select the Devices that will notify the Monitoring Center

The alarm generated by the selected device will be forwarded to the Monitoring Center.

Click on HBP in ‘Smart tab’ →

Click on the ‘gear’ icon →

Click on ‘Notify Monitoring Center’ →

Select the devices that can notify the Monitoring Center
