● Order number from online purchases made through eufy or eufy’s authorized resellers
● Sales invoice
● Dated sales receipt from an authorized eufy reseller that shows a description of the product along with its price
Please note that the product picture, SN or any kind of registration cannot work as proof of purchase. The picture and SN information are only used for recording and analysing the product issues.

Find Online Receipts:
Login to Walmart from your favourite browser on your MAC or Windows PC using the correct registered email and password. Go to the upper right corner under the greeting “Account”. In the scroll down list under “recent orders” find your order. Find the order you want a receipt for and click “See details”.
