If your home meter isn't listed, we suggest the following options:

Option 1: Use Anker SOLIX Smart Meter (Model: A17X7). Anker SOLIX Smart Meter offers real-time energy monitoring with higher data collection frequency, providing a more comprehensive and timely EMS experience. Please note that installation must be conducted by a certified electrician. Option 2: Stay updated on P1 Meter compatibility updates. You can wait for a firmware update to enable compatibility with your home meter. To assist with compatibility verification, please fill up the form at https://eu.surveys-max.com/s/DWQMme with your meter brand, model, photo, meter type (single-phase or three-phase), purchase information, and country. We assure you that the information collected will only be used for compatibility testing. Once verified, we'll update the compatibility list on our website.
