Failed to Set Up My eufy Pet Camera After Entering WiFi Password

If you have encountered the issue of failing to set up your eufy Pet Camera after entering your WiFi password, please try the following troubleshooting steps to determine if the issue can be resolved.

 
  • Please make sure you have entered the correct WiFi password.
  • Please make sure you are connecting to a 2.4GHz WiFi network.

Note: eufy Pet Camera does not support 5GHz WiFi network.

  • Please reboot your router.
  • Please reboot your eufy Pet Camera by unplugging the camera from the wall outlet and plugging it back into the wall outlet.
  • If needed, please check your router’s configuration to make sure its settings, such as firewall and MAC address filtering, are not preventing the camera from connecting to your WiFi network.
