Failed to Set Up My eufy Baby Monitor 2 After Entering WiFi Password
If you have encountered the issue of failing to set up your eufy Baby Monitor 2 after entering your WiFi password, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.
- Please make sure you have entered the correct WiFi password.
- Please make sure you are connecting to a 2.4GHz WiFi network.
Note: eufy Baby Monitor 2 does not support 5GHz WiFi network.
- Please reboot your router.
- Please reboot your eufy Baby Monitor 2 by unplugging the camera from the wall outlet and then plugging it back into the wall outlet.
- Please check your router’s configuration to make sure its settings, such as firewall and MAC address filtering, are not preventing the camera from connecting to your WiFi network.
