If your eufy Wired Video Doorbell failed to connect to a 2.4GHz WiFi network, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.
Note: eufy Wired Video Doorbell only connects to a 2.4GHz WiFi network and not a 5GHz WiFi network. Additionally, please make sure the 2.4GHz WiFi network SSID is not hidden and the security level is set to either WPA or WPA2.

Once the doorbell wiring has been verified, please launch the eufySecurity app > Devices tab > Add Device > select Wired Doorbell > scan the QR code on the back of the Wired Video Doorbell > press and hold the doorbell button until it emits dinging sounds > proceed to the Voltage Diagnosis test to verify the transformer provides sufficient power > select your 2.4GHz WiFi network > enter the password for your 2.4GHz WiFi network and tap Next > Wired Video Doorbell will automatically connect to the selected 2.4GHz WiFi network.
