Failed to Connect eufy Floodlight Cam to WiFi Network

If your eufy Floodlight Cam failed to connect to a 2.4GHz WiFi network, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.

Note: Please plug your eufy Floodlight Cam into a wall outlet and set it up next to your WiFi router prior to mounting it. eufy Floodlight Cam only connects to a 2.4GHz WiFi network and not a 5GHz WiFi network. Additionally, please make sure the 2.4GHz WiFi network SSID is not hidden and the security level is set to either WPA or WPA2.

With the Floodlight Cam plugged into a wall outlet using the included power adapter, please launch the eufySecurity app > Devices tab > Add Device > select Floodlight Cam > Scan the QR code on the Floodlight Cam or tap the No QR code on the device button if the Floodlight Cam does not have a QR code > select your Region and tap Next > read the warning details on your phone screen and tap Next > tap Next > tap Next > tap Flashing Red > press and hold the SYNC button on the Floodlight Cam for 2 seconds until it emits a beeping sound, then tap on the Flashing White button > connect your phone to the Floodlight Cam’s WiFi > return to the eufySecurity app and select your 2.4GHz WiFi network > enter the password for your 2.4GHz WiFi network and tap Confirm > Floodlight Cam will automatically connect to the selected 2.4GHz WiFi network.
