If your eufy Video Doorbell Indoor Chime failed to add to eufy Wired Video Doorbell or encountered the following issues, please try the troubleshooting steps below to verify if issues can be resolved.
- Chime does not ring when the doorbell is pressed.
- Chime rings intermittently even when the doorbell is not pressed.
Please plug the Indoor Chime into a wall outlet that is as close to the Wired Video Doorbell as possible during the pairing process, and simply unplug the chime and plug it anywhere else in the house after the chime is successfully connected to the doorbell.
Launch the eufySecurity app > select Wired Video Doorbell > Doorbell Settings > Indoor Chime > press and hold the Indoor Chime’s SYNC button on top of the chime for 2 seconds, and then tap the Connect button on the screen after you hear a dinging sound > Indoor Chime will automatically pair to the Wired Video Doorbell and emit another dinging sound indicating it has successfully connected to the doorbell, then tap the Done button on the screen to complete the pairing process.
