If your eufy Battery Video Doorbell failed to add to eufy Video Doorbell WiFi Chime and the chime has already been added in the eufySecurity app, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.
Note: Please make sure the Battery Video Doorbell has been fully charged. Additionally, please also make sure the doorbell has not been mounted since it will have to be physically placed next to the WiFi Chime during the pairing process.
Launch the eufySecurity app > Devices tab > Add Device > select Battery Doorbell > scan the QR code on the back of the Battery Video Doorbell > select the WiFi Chime > press and hold the SYNC button on the back of the Battery Video Doorbell for 2 seconds until it emits a beeping sound > tap Next on the screen and the Battery Video Doorbell will automatically connect to the WiFi Chime.
