When pairing the WiFi bridge in Eufy App, you will need to press the WiFi bridge’s SYNC button for at least two seconds until you hear a beeping sound. Then the WiFi bridge will be successfully setup in Eufy App.
Please refer to the following troubleshooting steps if your WiFi bridge fails to pair:
1. Please make sure your router has Internet access. It is recommended to install the bridge between the router and the device you want it to connect to for the best connection.
2. Please make sure you have selected the correct device. When you are setting up the WiFi bridge, please select “Service Device” when you add the device in the app via Main Page > Security > Add Device > Search Device.
3. Please make sure you have scanned the QR code on the bottom of the WiFi bridge. If you are unable to scan the QR code, you can also manually enter the code.
4. Install the power pin to the WiFi bridge as pictured and then rotate the antenna to the angle shown below. Plug it into a wall outlet near the router and the device you want it to connect to. The WiFi bridge’s LED indicator light will then light up in red color.
5. Please make sure your WiFi bridge has booted up, then press and hold the SYNC button located at the bottom of the WiFi bridge for 2 seconds until the LED indicator light blinks green.
6. Please keep the WiFi bridge and the router within 1 meter when setting up the WiFi bridge.
7. Please check if you have set a firewall or a whitelist on your router.
