Will the Video Smart Lock support Pet Detection?

💡Yes. Connecting to HomeBase 3, the Video Smart Lock will get the Pet Detection feature.

 

❓Can the Video Smart Lock still connect to my Wifi-Bridge as a chime?

💡No, if the Video Smart Lock connects to the HomeBase 3, it cannot connect to the Wifi-Bridge as before. To add a new chime, you can plug in a USB Dongle to your HomeBase 3, which can be a doorbell chime for the Video Smart Lock.

 

❓Can I set security modes for my Video Smart Lock?

💡Yes. Connecting to HomeBase 3, you can set Home/ Away/ Disarm/ Schedule/Geofencing Modes for your Video Smart Lock.

 

Can the Video Smart Lock still record events when I am watching the Live feed?
