- What if no HomeBase 3 is found when the app searches?
(2)This function can only be used if Wall Light Cam and HomeBase 3 are connected to the same network, are added to the same home in the eufy Security app, and are attached to the same eufy account. Please check whether your devices have met each of these requirements.
- What should I do if my Wall Light Cam fails to connect to HomeBase 3?

- In the app click "Event List -> Filters -> HomeBase 3". This filter will only show recordings stored on HomeBase 3.
- When you play a video, if there is a "Favorite" icon in the bottom right corner, the video is stored on HomeBase 3.
- If I clear the local storage of Wall Light Camera, will the recordings backed up to HomeBase 3 be deleted too? Only the recordings on the device will be deleted. Recordings stored on HomeBase 3 will not be affected.
