Yes. The RoboVac X8 series supports multi floors, and users can choose to save one or multiple maps on them via the Multi-map save switch on the app. Please follow the instructions shown below:
- Click "Manage Map" on the main page of the app.
- Turn on the "Multi-map Saving" switch
The "Multi-map Saving" switch is turned off by default. When the Multi-map Saving is turned on, RoboVac can save multiple valid maps, which are saved both locally on the machine and on the cloud. Please note up to 5 maps can be saved.
*To ensure that the RoboVac saves multi-maps successfully, please also place the charging base in the new house/floor. You can order an extra charging kit(charging base and charging adapter) for other houses/floors.
- Turn off the "Multi-map Saving" switch
RoboVac can only save one valid map, which is saved locally on the machine and the map is not uploaded to the cloud.
