Q: How long does it take to charge my RoboVac from 0-100%?
A: About 5-6 hours.
Q: What does the status light on the auto-empty station indicate?
A: When the auto-empty station connects to the power cord, the LED indicator light on the auto-empty station is solid white.
Q: How do I charge my RoboVac before I use it for the first time?
1. Attach the RoboVac to the auto-empty station by aligning its charging pins with the charging pins on the station;
2. Fully connect the power cord and the auto-empty station to make sure the LED indicator light on the auto-empty station is solid white;
3. Make sure the breathing orange indicator light on the RoboVac lights up when you charge it, and then fully charge the RoboVac until the indicator light turns solid blue.
- Install the supplied protective pad under the auto-empty station.
Q: Can I leave the RoboVac on the auto-empty station after it is fully charged?
A: You can place the RoboVac on the auto-empty station even after it is fully charged. The battery protection circuit prevents the battery from being overcharged. Once the RoboVac is fully charged, it will stop drawing power. By keeping the RoboVac on the auto-empty station, your RoboVac will always be ready to start cleaning on a daily basis after it is fully charged.
However, if you are planning to leave home for an extended period of time, such as one week, it is recommended to unplug the adapter and the auto-empty station; additionally, please also power off your RoboVac for safety reasons.
