Cannot Receive Notifications From eufy Pet Camera
If you are not receiving push notifications from the eufy Pet Camera on your smartphone, please try the following troubleshooting steps.
- Please make sure you have granted app permission to allow the eufy Pet app to access your smartphone’s notifications.
- Please verify you have selected at least one notification type by going to Camera Settings > Notification.
- Please make sure you have enabled motion or sound detection by going to Camera Settings > Motion Detection, and then Camera Settings > Sound Detection.
- Please confirm the area you would like the camera to detect is within the camera’s field of view, and the distance from the camera does not exceed 26 ft / 8m.
- Please increase the sensitivity level of detection by going to Camera Settings > Motion Detection, and then Camera Settings > Sound Detection.
- Please try removing the camera and then adding the camera again in the eufy Pet app.
