Returning the product for a refund
There is a 30-day window to return your product for a full refund if it does not work well for you. However, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost for any non-quality issues; additionally, the product’s original packaging and accessories will also need to be returned to eufy in order to be eligible for a full refund.
Returning the product for a replacement
There is a 12-month warranty if the product has any quality issues. Please contact eufy support team and provide your proof of purchase. eufy support team will troubleshoot the product with you first, and then process a replacement under warranty if the issue cannot be resolved. Please note the eufy support team may ask you to return your defective product for quality control purposes.
