Does this doorbell work with the eufy app?
No. eufy doorbell only works with the eufy App. You can download it from Google Play (Android) or App Store (iOS).
What are the WiFi requirements for devices?
It works with 2.4GHz wifi encrypted by WPA-PSK or WPA2-PSK. It cannot work with 5GHz wifi.
Does this model support both hardwired and battery operation?
No, this battery doorbell slim can only support battery operation.
What is the monthly fee?
There is no monthly fee for eufySecurity devices. You can insert a class 10 up to 128GB microSD card into the wifi chime to store the video.
We have 3 doors. Do we need 3 complete units or are there add-ons for extra doors?
Sorry that there is no add-on 1080P doorbell available to purchase. You can add the 2K add-on battery doorbell to the Wi-Fi chime.
What's the minimum and maximum operating temperature?
The doorbell works from -4°f (-20°C) to 122°F (50°C).
Is this unit capable of iCloud backup?
No. It only supports cloud backup in the eufy app.
Can this connect to my home wifi when activated and record to my NAS?

Does this support Homekit?
No, it doesn't support Homekit.

In what format are the videos recorded? Can I put the SD card on my computer and watch the videos in one of the common formats?
The videos are MP4, but they are encrypted and only available in eufy App or web portal. You can download it from the eufy App so as to save it.
Can more than one user connect to this device?

Can I use my google home hub to view who is at the door?

What is the maximum distance from the chime that the doorbell can be mounted?
Usually, the wireless chime can be 20-30ft from the doorbell. The actual range will vary depending on a number of factors such as the thickness of walls, obstacles inside the house, and the location of the router.

Can you buy an extra battery for this?
