Q1: Which eufy RoboVac is compatible with this RoboVac Hard Floor Cleaning Solution?
A1: The cleaning solution is only suitable for 2-in-1 cleaning and mopping models. Currently, we have eufy RoboVac G10 Hybrid, G20 Hybrid, G30 Hybrid, L70 Hybrid, X8 Hybrid, LR35 series, LR30 series G40 Hybrid, and G40 Hybrid+, and G50 Hybrid that are cleaning and mopping vacuums. But only G10 Hybrid, G20 Hybrid, G30 Hybrid, X8 Hybrid, G40 Hybrid, and G40 Hybrid+ are compatible with this cleaning solution. We do not recommend using this clean solution with L70 Hybrid, LR35 series and LR30 series to avoid any potential damage.

 

Q2: Does the hard floor cleaning solution have a disinfectant effect?

A2: No, it doesn't have a disinfectant effect. eufy RoboVac hard floor solutions remove tough messes from sealed hard floors, like tracked-in dirt, grime, mud. And it’s safe to use around kids and pets, but it doesn't have disinfectant effects. 

 

Q3: What kind of surface can the cleaning solution be used?

A3: Our eufy RoboVac Hard Floor cleaner is safe for cleaning hard surfaces such as wood, tile, ceramic, vinyl, linoleum, and laminate. 

Wet clothes may not be suitable for cleaning unsealed floors. Ask your flooring manufacturer or installer if you are unsure whether damp mopping is safe for your floor.

 

Q4: Is this solution environmental?

Q4: eufy RoboVac hard floor solutions have an Eco-friendly formula for a sparkling floor. And it’s safe to use around kids and pets.

 

Q5: Can it be mixed with essential oil or disinfector to put into the tank?

Q5: We really do not recommend that you add any other liquids except our cleaning solution and water.

 

Q6: What are the ingredients for the cleaner solution? 

A6:  ＞30%: Water

＜5%: Non-ionic surfactants, fragrances, 1,2-Benzisothiazol-3(2H)-one

 

Q7: Can I use this solution with other brands of robotic vacuum cleaners?

A7: eufy RoboVac hard floor solution is only suitable for eufy robotic mop vacuum. We highly do not recommend you use this with other brand robotic vacuum cleaners. 

 

Q8: Can I use non-eufy solutions with eufy mopping cleaner?

A8: No, we recommend not to use non-eufy solutions with eufy mopping cleaner. Since there are plenty of cleaning solutions in the market, the ingredients vary, the non-eufy cleaning solution might cause erosion to the water tank. 

 

Q9: Can I store the cleaning solution on the balcony？

A9: Yes, you can store the cleaning solution on the balcony. But please avoid direct sunlight.
