If the Baby Monitor 2 can’t be updated, please try the following troubleshooting steps.
1. Please check if the router has any issues connecting to the Internet.
2. Please try to make sure the signal between the camera and the router is strong and stable.
3. Please check the camera’s LED indicator light:
a. If the LED indicator light status is flashing white, it means the device is updating. Please wait approximately 5 minutes and check the device status again.
b. If the LED indicator light status is off, check if the device is powered on. If the device is powered on, please update the firmware again by going to My Devices > Baby Monitor 2 > About Device > Check for the firmware updates.
