App Function Guide for RoboVac L35/LR30/LR20 Series

The eufy Clean app is a powerful tool to control your RoboVac to free your hands. Here is the eufy Clean app function guide only for L35/LR30/LR20 Series.

Control Page

On the control page, you can check the RoboVac status including RoboVac name, battery status, sub-room map, real-time cleaning time, cleaning area, and cleaning map.

 

Map Related Selections

To Edit Map, you can:

Reset Map:

Resetting the map will clear the cleaning map.

Manage Map:

You can save up to three maps, which makes the L35/LR30/LR20 Series suitable for larger homes with multi-floors. To build a map or multiple maps, please refer to the article below:

Edit Room

You can Merge Rooms, Divide Rooms, and Name the room.

No-Go Zone

By setting up No-go Zone/Virtual boundary/No-mop Zone, you can block the RoboVac from vacuuming certain areas that you don’t want it to.

 

Cleaning Related Selections

There are Auto Clean, Room Clean, Zone Clean, and Spot Clean on the control page, you can also select different Cleaning Modes. There are two modes to select from:

  1. General-Switch suction power level (Quiet, Standard, Turbo, and Max)
  1. Customize-Cleaning Mode, Cleaning Sequence
 

When a map has been successfully created, you can use the custom mode by going to Homepage-Mode-Customize, you can customize the Cleaning Mode/Sequence for each room. When in the Customizing Mode, you will need to first select a room and then set the suction and water level.

 

When customizing the sequence, tap the room first, and please note that it is only valid in Auto and Room cleaning mode.

Start and stop the vacuum, and send the vacuum to the charging base by pressing “Go Home”.

Manual dust collection

When you need to start the dust collection manually, please click the button. Before that, make sure

that the device is docked at the home station.

Settings Page

On the Settings page, you can see Device Info (Name/Connected WiFi/MAC address). You can also do the following:

Manage Map

Schedule

Set up a schedule, then the RoboVac will automatically clean the whole house at the scheduled time. Under the Schedule page, you can choose different suction levels, water levels, and cleaning modes(Auto clean /Room clean).

Cleaning History

You can view the cleaning record here, which contains information that includes cleaning start time, cleaning area, cleaning time spent, cleaning map, and cleaning path.

Manual Controls

Control the RoboVac by pushing buttons, which include "forward", "counterclockwise rotation", "clockwise rotation", "Spot cleaning" and "Go Home".

Auto Empty Settings

RoboVac will automatically return to the base station to empty dust after it finishes cleaning.

Frequency(Set the number of times RoboVac will clean before it auto empties):

After 1 cleaning session.

After 2 cleaning sessions.

After 3 cleaning sessions.

BoostIQ

While cleaning, RoboVac will automatically increase suction power when it detects carpets.

Child Lock

When this feature is enabled, RoboVac's buttons will be locked and the buttons cannot be used.

Auto-Return Cleaning

When the battery level is too low to continue cleaning, RoboVac will automatically return to the charging base. Once the battery is charged to 80%, it will resume cleaning in the area at which it stopped.

Do Not Disturb

RoboVac will not start auto-return cleaning and the voice prompts are deactivated when RoboVac is in "Do Not Disturb" mode.

Voice Settings

You can set the RoboVac volume and select the correct voice pack according to your personal preferences.

Unit Setting

Users can set the units of how the RoboVac cleaning area is displayed.

Find My Robot

If you are unable to find your RoboVac, simply use this function to locate your RoboVac.

Remove Device

Remove the current RoboVac from your eufy Clean account.
