  • Possible Cause 1: Weak Network Signal

  • Solution:

    • Move Smart Plug closer to the router, or use a repeater to improve the Wi-Fi signal.

    • Verify that the number of devices connected to the router has not reached its maximum limit.

    • If your home has multiple access points, ensure all devices in the system connect to the same SSID to prevent Smart Plug from linking to a distant access point.

    • If you're using a mesh network:

      • Blacklist distant access points to prevent Smart Plug from connecting to weaker signals.

      • Whitelist Smart Plug to ensure it connects to the access point with the strongest signal.

  • Possible Cause 2: Too Many Connected Smart Plugs

  • Solution: 

    • If your home energy system has six sockets connected, it is advisable to maintain only five connections to improve stability.

  • Possible Cause 3: Outdated Firmware

  • Solution: 

    • Update the firmware to the latest version for a more stable connection.
