4G LTE Camera Goes Offline
If the 4G LTE Camera is offline, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.
If the 4G LTE Camera is still offline, please contact us for assistance.
- Check the camera’s battery level. If it's too low, please charge the camera and then try again.
- Press and release the SYNC button to check if the camera has been switched off. If the LED indicator light does not light up, turn the camera on in the app (Device Tab > “...” Icon > Camera Settings > Camera On) or press and hold the SYNC button for 4 seconds to turn on the camera manually.
- Check if the 4G/Wi-Fi network signal is strong and stable: Camera Settings> General> About Device> Signal Strength.
- Remove the camera from the eufy Security app, then add it again.
- Please ensure that the SIM card has data. You can test the card on the mobile phone to see if it can be connected to the Internet normally.
