2K Battery Doorbell Failed to Connect to the HomeBase
When pairing the battery doorbell with HomeBase 2, you will need to press the camera’s SYNC button for at least two seconds until you hear the beep. Then the doorbell will connect with the HomeBase by sonic. In some cases, the battery doorbell failed to pair with HomeBase 2.
To help you troubleshoot it, please read the following steps.
1. If you don’t hear the beep and the LED of the doorbell is off, please charge the battery first.
2. If the battery has power or has been charged, please try the following tips:
- Check if your HomeBase 2 has internet access. HomeBase 2’s LED should be blue. If the HomeBase does not connect to the Internet, please refer to Failed to Add HomeBase 2 in eufy App.
- Please keep the camera and HomeBase 2 within 1 meter when pairing.
